I took weightlifting as a class at school then i got interested in bodybuilding and now health and fitness is my life.
Why I Love It:
I love BB because it not only makes me look good but makes me feel good too. And nothing is better when someone comes up to you and tells you how good you look. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror everyday and competitions. I'm a very self motivated person.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but when i start competing there will be.

that is pretty nippy! The coldest water I have been in is 60 when i was on vaca in the outerbanks last summer. It was soo cold..but of course I did go in a few times..nothing better than that numb feeling haha ;)
well for you probably just a bunch of laps and you could also mix in some kicking with a board if you can kick..some people have difficulties with that. Just keep increasing your laps. Try to do different strokes if you know them.
awe thanks! Well swimming would probably be good for a marine anyways. Don't you have to do some swims every once in a while? It is good for the heart..my RHR is around 42 ha
I can't believe you are 17! You look awesome! Swimming burns a lot of calories but I also run and do stadium stuff as cross training for swimming. It helps with bone growth and cutting down fat wise.
