I was close to 160 pounds back in May and around 28-30% bodyfat before I began training.
My new goal after my surgery and setback this year with my health is to lean down and get cut. I am lifting 3 times a week with supersets and doing cardio 3-4 times a week along with a cutting diet.
I am back from my first my first competition for powerlifting. I attended the WNPF Battle of the Countries. I competed in the Lifetime 132lb weight division for squat, bench and deadlift. I successfully lifted all three of my squats, (my deadlift story is too embarrasing to talk about but...

I'M 32 AND 3RD TIME IN IRAQ, IT'S HARD TO FIND MOTIVATION TO KEEP IN SHAPE WITH OUR BUSY LIFESTYLES AND SCHEDULES. YOU LOOK REALLY NICE. KEEP IT UP. I'M ALSO LOOKING FOR A DIET PLAN. I NEED TO LOSE 8LBS OF FAT AND MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT.HAVE ANY ADVICE?

ever try animal pump from universal? might do the same thing, not sure but i heard great stuff about it, i have alot of veins but mostly just in my arms and faint ones elsewhere, and im not taking anything, i wonder what this will do for me, hmmmm might try it out!
