I'm happy to have found this website.  I tried Sparkpeople awhile ago, it wasn't for me.  I'm not only looking to lose weight, but I also want to become completely solid.  I told my sister last that I'm not trying to be thin, I'm trying to become the most fit person I can.  I love that...
