How I Started: Lost 40+ pounds but have decided it didnt completely make me happy with my body. I am now starting lifting with hubby and his friends.
Why I Love It: Hopefully it will tighten and tone my old body.
How I Stay Motivated: Just look in the mirror. Shows the sad bitter truth.

Goal (Overall): Drop BF to 16% by 40 Years Old. Havent been there since I was a teen.
Goal (Long): Under 20% BF by October 31st, 2009....Abs showing (no pooch tummy) by Christmas....Thigh and hip fat gone by Summer 2010.....Then I am really going to get busy adding some muscle because I am petite at low BF...Feel sexier...look sexier...start turning heads, again
