I want to lose 20 pounds so I can see my abs I have been workin so hard for.
Goal (Long):
I want to drop weight on my body and throw more weight up on the bar. So far I am doing pretty good I dropped 10 pounds and added 25 punds to me bench. so far so good. I have to beet my Leiutenant to 300 on the bench at the least.
