My Workout Program

Ok, so as of about six weeks ago I started the Team Scivation Triphase Workout. I have just started the third phase. I am on vacation now, but after vacation will try to do the 12 week version of this workout along with the CHA Diet. I must say that this workout has kept me pumped all the time. No excessive soreness, my weights are going up, and I am growing in mass without gaining bodyfat.
