Goal (Long): I was really good about going to the gym everyday - and now I have been barely going twice a week - I've lost the gains I made in the summer so it's time to get back to it!

So I worked really hard last year - started hard core in the Spring.  I ate, I lifted, and drank more shakes than I can count.  I got up to 210 and then leaned back down to 206 of nice tight muscle - not a muscle man by any stretch of the imagination but I filled out my frame nicely.

So...
