How I Started:
I've loved working out for as long as I can remember. I was the only 12 year old girl I knew who asked for exercise equipment for Christmas. Last year I realized that my nutritional knowledge was sorely lacking. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own but with so much information out there it was difficult. In May 2008 I decided to start studying to become a holistic nutritionist and was a bit surprised to discover that I loved learning about nutrition. Just after Christmas I decided that it was time to start puting together what I've learned so far with my workouts - no more excuses.

Nice 2 hear from you. I followed all the docs directions and put my ego aside. I'm taking it lite this week as directed then see how I geel 4 next week. Hows ur week so far?
It was cool. Didnt go to hard,just did tri's and chest and lite cardio. Hit shoulders,bi's and back 2day. I will do abs and cardio tonite. I feel about 80%. How was ur weekend?
