I am working very hard to build muscle and burn fat, I got started a few months ago but had times when I had to stop so it was non effective. In Nov 1 2007 I started going full force and am doing very well. I have a lot of hard work ahead of me, but I love the results and I know it's worth it :o)

Why I Love It:
The sexy bods, I now almost have one...lol, I almost got it back!!! LOL
UPDATE:
Getting closer and closer to looking the way I used to look. I still want to look BETTER THAN EVER! I want to surpass my own goals.
Will I ever stop? NO WAY, TO ME ... NOW IT'S A WAY OF LIFE!
It's addictive... lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the photos and progress of other female BB and read what they have to say, it makes me want to look just like them, and motivates me to keep on going.
BB Accomplishments:
Not yet, To look like all my fitness girl friends HERE ON BODYSPACE and on myspace, hopefully someday ;o)

These were my legs before I started working out for muscle. In my initial plan I wanted to loose fat than gain muscle, but friends told me that muscle actually helps you burn fat, so I decided to listen and do that instead :o)

Goal (Long):
I want to look better for the rest of my life, this is a goal for a life time, I will never quit.
Get down to 10% fat initially, then less, and have beautiful muscles. My arms or legs were never the problem, I always had nice tone there, currently working on my abs and glutes. It's getting better, but still a lot of work left. I was very athletic all my life, that helps a lot, it makes it much easier to reach my goals. Hopefully this year I can again be a knockout ;) Wish me luck.

I have been working hard and lost 11 lbs, considering I also gained muscle all oooova lol, I think I am moving along preetty well. I have worked 2 jobs nights and days, I did take a break due to my coliding work schedules but I still worked out at home even if for 20 min. I hope I have the steam...
Update, I am now working out every day for an hour. I copy the bodybuoilders in my fitness club, they don't seem to mind and even smile nicely at me. I still don't have a trainer :o( ...But I know I can do it.

It seems once I turned 50 time seemed to speed up and every week for me appears to go by too darned fast for my liking. How goes the counselling? How goes your workouts? Are you aiming for a certain look, bodyfat percentage or amount of muscularity?
