Goal (Overall):
I want to get rid of my girly arms, totally unattractive.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to gain about a pound a week of quality muscle mass until I get my 16'' guns! That's a total of 4'' needed to gain. Is it impossible, probably, but I really need it. Acheiving this as a goal in my life will help me get over a lot of negativity. I also need to get over my eating disorder of not eating enough food to sustain a small gerbal. I need to have a no excuses attitude and a serious mass gaining workout plan. This will seriously take everything that I have and more to accomplish it, since I am starting out late in life.

I want to GAIN 25 lb

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Having all the equipment and there is no bed there to rest and get trapped on.

I was searching the profiles on hereĀ a few days ago and I came across one profile which is where I want to be as a long term goal (I lost the profile but needless to say he was big and ripped). However, he was short, 5'6'' and weighed only 178. So I decided to go to one of those BMI...
