knee injury. i was in physical therapy for a few months and just fell in love with lifting heavy things! it just took off from there....
Why I Love It:
builds discipline and self esteem. the look, and the feeling of knowing i can lift a lot

The heaviest dumbells in my gym are 100's and iv seen several guys rep them out. Ijust hope i can get them for 1 rep soon enough....

the 4-plate lift surprised everyone at the gym. my bench and my squat SUCK. but after doing deads for about a month i beat most of my buddies with my one-rep max. just keep with it man, you'll get it!
