DAY 130 - 15 days later.. no weight change. Lost about half inch in my waist. I "feel" lighter but scale doesnt show it. I guess my trainer meant what he said about not wanting me to go below 150.. cause i got to 152, he changed my diet and 1 month later i am 6 pounds heavier. Im not liking it one bit but i guess he know what he's doing so i shut up and do as told. lol

DAY 161 - I missed my 145 day pics.. and now i missed day 160 ..dang.. but i thought it best to get some up now insteadof waiting on 175.. SO here goes. Not much change in one month. some odd 3 or 4 pounds lost.

I’ve been away for a looooong while. But I guess the important thing is that now I am back! Right?!! :)
I have been working out but my diet leaves much to be desired…. But that is now gonna change.
My main reason for getting back into these posts is because I have an event coming up and I need to look great in a bikini. Problem is.. it is in 35 days! Yup 35 days!!!
Posting here has been very motivational for me in the past. So here goes… Ill be updating pics every 5 or so days.
