Why I Love It: As someone who used to be 20kg (44pd)overweight I love the fact that when I eat now the food is doing me good by building muscle, rather than just piling up over time making me fat.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at other bodybuilders who are more developed than me yet have realistically achievable natural physiques.

I weighed around 68kg/150pounds here. I used to be 90kg/200pounds (overweight) a few years earlier.  Weighed in at 71kg/156pounds after a cut. I only weigh 3kg more than when I started so my bodyfat must be a lot lower now than it was before.
