Not exactly sure what motivated me, but I want to see muscles!!!
Why I Love It:
I like feeling the ache in my muscles after working out...I feel like I'm getting stronger and bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other people's progress inspires me. I want to look and feel great.

I did follow for two weeks. Now I'm switching it up. This week is weights 5 days in the a.m. and cardio in the p.m. I am still eating 5-6 meals a day like it says.

Glad to hear it. I am eating much cleaner and that's helping. I have missed a few workouts this week, we are getting ready to move ( locally ) and my fiance is opening up another office and we have just been 2 busy for the gym but, I have cut my calories down since I took a few days off from training.
