I workout with a trainer 2- 3 days a week and do mostly cardio and ab work on my own.
I usually do 10 minutes of running
2 sets of 50 jumping jacks
2 sets of toe touches
10 minutes jacob ladder
10 minutes stairmaster
10 - 15 minutes incline walk going from 0 degrees to 50 and back again every 30 seconds
Roman Chair for abs
2 sets leg curls 110lb
squats with kettle ball
2 sets 1 arm row 50 - 60 lb
2 sets pullover 60 lb
Ab program
Cardio -long deep slow strides-move hips when possible
Up motion
gravitron -low and slow
Standing stick twist
Rotary torso
Ball over head toss
Toe touches
Jumping jacks
Sit on ball turns
Knee to elbow crunch
Oblique crunch
Gravitron
Down motion
Free motion stretch
Free motion twist
Free motion chop
