Well it is the end of my dynamatize elite ambition challenge ... It has been an awesome 3 months. After having the miscarriage I started in on my muscle gaining path for the next 7 or so weeks a typical week for me was Monday arms abs, Tuesday chest and abs, wednesday legs, Thursday shoulders delts, Friday back abs, Saturday legs I loved gaining muscle and seeing quick results.
