i first joined a gym when i was 18 and have been off and on ever since ... im a qualified gym instuctor and got in really great shape about 5 years ago while i was working at a local gym ... since having my son who is now 3 ive struggled to get my motivation... ive made a commitment now and i am goind to stick to it .. watch this space

i love feeling great after a workout and looking good in my clothes ... i love the way you can change your shape with weights

Hi Lou, ur not gonna lose muscle in a week- I don't know how long it takes to lose muscle but a weeks not going to hurt. I went on holiday for over 3 weeks in the summer and hardly lost size or definition. x

I'll have to admit that those 3 lbs were after the good ole' monthly came and went.....LOL. My weight fluctuates SO bad during that time of the month. Even with no changes in eating patterns, it's not unusual for me to put on 5-8 lbs of water weight. Now doesn't that suck??...LOL. Thank you for the comment regardless!....Beautiful avi pic;)
