Well . . . figured if I posted this where others could see it, I'd be more motivated to improve. Currently at about 200 lbs, 23% bodyfat. Want to get down to 185 or so by summer.

Maybe a little leaner and better defined. Hard to tell much difference from where I started, frankly. Hoping for more dramatic results by the end of Feb. I'm down 5 lbs though!

End of Month 2 - still a lot of work to do, but I think I'm getting leaner. Need a new camera though, this one is dying.

Progress from Day 1 to end of Month2. Shows the improvements a bit more. Really puts an exclamation point on how out of shape I got when I had promised never to do that again. Will keep working on it and see how much I can improve month to month ahead of summer!

Progress seems to be stalling a bit--I don't see as much progress in the last 30 days. Will keep at it though.

Again ... not as much progress in last 30 days as I hoped for. But weight is at 188 lbs, which is 3 pounds from my June 1st goal.

Well . . . it's still progress, albeit much less dramatic than I envisioned. Slightly below original goal weight, but thought I'd look better than this when I got here. Still--guess I should be happy overall. Won't happen overnight.

I need to widen up the upper back and thicken the lats--thought this would be better a year later, but that's nobody's fault but my own. Working on it.

Well, here it is . . . 1 year later. I had stalled for a few months after some medical issues threw a wrench into diet. Still woring through it, but think I'm on the right track again. Long way to go!

Weight went up a little over the last 3 weeks, but I think it's mostly muscle (at least I am telling myself that!). Abs are a ton stronger . . . still trying to actually see them though.
