How I Started:
I have been working out since jr high . . . I did wrestling, football and gymnastics in high school. Kept working out in college, but really let things slip since graduating. Am trying to get back into it more seriously now.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great when I do it. Want to make sure I stay in good shape for my kids . . . want to be around as long as possible for my family! I have two wonderful children and a beautiful wife of 11 years.
How I Stay Motivated:
Obviously, I have an issue with that! Trying to just make the time to get back in the gym more consistently.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding accomplishments or aspirations. Just want to get back into shape (something other than round).

Well . . . figured if I posted this where others could see it, I'd be more motivated to improve. Currently at about 200 lbs, 23% bodyfat. Want to get down to 185 or so by summer.
Here we go . . .
I need to widen up the upper back and thicken the lats--thought this would be better a year later, but that's nobody's fault but my own. Working on it.

Goal (Long):
Really want to hit 15% or lower on bodyfat--believe I am down around 17 - 18%. So want to hit my bodyfat goal ahead of summer. Putting a May 1 goal date to reach it.
I have to be honest . . . May was not my best month. I was not as consistent with the training as I needed to be and sure as heck wasn't great on diet. Not that I regressed, really. I kind of held my own (did make some great gains on strength but I know that I could have done SO MUCH...
well if you broke down shoulders and traps, that is four muscles, 4 exercises each 10 reps each set 4 sets each, that's 160 reps in a workout, that is plenty if you hit them hard. what cha think of the numbers? jeff
Thanks for the comment! And I gotta tell you, you may not see it, but you have made some great progress in your physique. I know that we can be our own worst critic as I am always chasing after more size for my frame (I'm still SKINNY I sometimes tell myself...)

Hi! I hope your weekend has been going well! Thanks... Yeah... It's a little daunting but Rome wasn't built in a day LOL! Every day is a chance to get stronger and go harder than the preceeding day... Reduce the chances of usting my butt hopefully haha... Out West they have 500 mile races that last for 5 days straight... No sleep! Now THOSE people are crazy haha!
