I got started when my cousin dropped me off a couple issues of flex. I thought it was amazing what you could do to the body!
Why I Love It:
I would have to say it helps in reaching goals and the pump.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like to have one for motivational purposes, your less likely to skip a workout if someone else is going to be there!
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think its just to get attention drawn towards them but if there doing it on the last couple reps I don't mind

I ran for the first time in a two months and ranĀ 4 miles in 30 minutes!! Hopefully this is motivation to get back out there and get in shape!!!

I will be running 5 days a week to get my bosyfat back down.... twoo days of LSD then two days of pace tempo and the last day will be sprints with a 3-1 recovery ratio to start off. I will also be stating my first phase of resistance training which will be muscular endurance for three weeks....
