How I Started:
Started out after starting in the fire dept I was 126lbs 5'10" I was 18 and puiny! Now I have the opposite problem, started working out again 2 months ago. And this time im not screwing around!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment after a workout. That PUMP!!
How I Stay Motivated:
PUSH PUSH PUSH!! When you get up and dont feel like going to the gym go!! When i walk in the mood always changes put on my headphones and blast some Death Metal and its on!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my Strength back! Slowly but surely.
