Had a decent chest workout...got 315 for a good 6...almost 7.  Feeling strength coming back.  Other lifts were also ok.  Was a little rushed for time.  Skipped cardio but I hope to make up for it by doing muay thai or bjj tonight.  Been out of it for a week with sore ribs...looking forward...

Hey Manuel. At State I have studied classical and jazz idioms. Although I do consider myself a stronger classical than jazz player. But I love playing jazz and funk. My training is going well - kicking my ass. Getting up every day to do cardio at 5:15 am, then going back at 6pm to lift five days a week. Hoping to get big like you ;)
