thanks mate. it helps me out a fair amount. i came across this web-page that i think is far to advance for me at the moment, that gives several great exercises. http://fitness.scoobysworkshop .com/ check it out. you just need to click on the top of the screen saying exercises. i'll let you know how i go. once my body adjusts to this, could i get your assistance for creating a little more advance workout regime in about 3 weeks time? cheers mate.

Ohhh blue raspberry is where it's at!:) REALLY GOOD! It's got a kick to it.. i love it!:) I have tried NOxplode the sick orange flavor and about threw up.. and I had no type of energy rush, focus, nothing.. i was pretty disappointed. So i'll never cheat on Superpump again:)

Oh and how do you like the Isopure whey?.. I haven't ever tried that brand before and just seeing how you like it.. Ohh and you should switch over from NoXplode to Gaspari Superpump :~) Sooo much better! :)
