To lose fat and get into better shape I have found you get the best results using a proven nutrition & workout program. I followed the Body for Life 12 week program and lost 50 lb’s and my bodyfat dropped from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6. I believe by using their nutrition weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
