My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

Group Power

3 days a week for an hour each time I take a Group Power weight lifting class at my local gym.  I am loving the class.  We work each muscle group.  I am so proud of myself for doing this.  I have gone up in weights by 5 lbs.  I want to continue with the class as long as I can.  I also still lift at home 1 to 2 days a week.  As the Group Power moto is "Let's Get Muscles"  I want to do that.  If you are wondering what Group Power is check out YouTube as they have some awesome videos on  it.

Clean eater

I eat a clean diet...no processed foods.  I use whey protein to supplement my protein as I am not much of a meat eater.  I also use nuts, peanut butter and cheese.  I use is sparingly as I watch my fat intake.  I try to include lots of fruits and veggies in my eating plan.  I also eat whole grains and not a lot of those.  I use other sources to get my carbohydrates.

My Motivation Program

Using all the bodybuilding web site has to offer keeps me motivated.  I also get motivated by watching Group Power videos on YouTube.  Those weight lifting videos get me pumped.  I so do love that class.

tacdgb gym closed for holiday........so I lifted at home. lots of calf raises and went up 2 lbs. on chest flyes.

tacdgb Yes weight lifting kicked my butt.....calf raises I love..64 lbs. on my bar...bicep curls worked me hard..muscles are showing up much more

Lou1se haha good on you! I was going through withdrawals on my rest days LOL Mood went out of whack! Hubby reckons I'm addicted to the adrenaline rush, isn't it endorphines?
