How I Stay Motivated:
by looking in the mirror, my husband, my oxygen mags, my goals....... There is someone out there working harder. Other people! Seeing how hard others work and seeing them reach their goals!

TURNING PRO! I overcame 2 eating disorders, and quit smoking, to get to where i am now. I CAN LEG PRESS 585 LBS!!! Bench 175lbs!!!!!! I owe everything to my husband RLXMUSCLE, he saved me!!!

He is the reason I am where I am today. He has helped me to achieve all my fitness goals, and overcome many obstacles. Because of him I have overcome 2 eating disorders, become a fitness model, and competed in my first show! He is also the love of my life and my best friend! I owe EVERYTHING to him!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

Thanx you will, and i can use all the support and push i can get...i started p90x yesterday...i am sooo sore...So when you have junk food cravings or any kind of cravings what do you do to resist...like i love doritos and cookies...those are my absolute weekness.and my dad keeps them in the house everyday..granted he is a dancer 7 days a week so he stays in shape ...but not me...any tips?
