gaining 40 pounds of muscle. when i first started i weighed 110 and now im 150. i overcame 2 eating disorders to get to where i am now. I CAN LEG PRESS 500 LBS!!! I owe everything to my RLXMUSCLE, he saved me!!!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

been working hard last couple of months. been kicking ass in the gym, and working my butt off at the gym. also trying to start my modeling career, and just got certified as a personal trainer!!!!!! its been very exciting but very busy as well!

Tabitha, I just want to compliment you for all the hard work you've done. Being a tall girl and putting together the look you have is not easy. I thought you were another 5' tall waif until I saw your stats. I was stunned! Both my nieces are 6'. yeah, and I think Stowe is another hour from where I am. I looked at the map and forgot you have to go through Mass. to get to CT. In geography I was sick that day in school! LOL.
It sure is. lol I just want to make sure i get into the gym at least twice a wk. In yrs past i had a habit of taking long lay offs. Like 2-3 yrs Dont want to do that.
Lifting has been kind of hit & miss 4 about 6 wks. Hrs at work are killing me, & family commitments on wk ends mess things up. But u have to do what u have to do. lol
