ta7shae created a new BodyBlog entry "Not yet ".

Someone said that I was not yet there weight wise. I got quiet and thought to myself but I am not there (where I was ) either. No I am not what I call stage ready but I am beating fibromyalgia and getting closer to my goal and further away from where I was little by little. No matter what as long as I keep moving forward only letting the past remind me of how far I have come and that I can ....... My pain is my motivation ........... "Blessings"

ta7shae created a new BodyBlog entry "Possible".

Fibromyalgia hits you and wants you to think that you can not win. But With God All Things Are Possible.......... You can win..... You will feel some pain more then the other guy or girl in the gym but its not about them it is about you. It's about the fight in you. Their weight may be be more then yours but I guarantee your inner fight is stronger then anyone in the weight room. I may not be the badest or can lift the heaviest but when I walk into the gym I own it because I refuse to let... Go to BodyBlog

Jane1965
Jane1965 I knew since 1996 that I was allergic to corn and milk (traditional allergy skin prick testing), but I kept eating them anyway. They didn't kill me, right? Last year I finally decided to eliminate both corn and milk and to reduce processed foods as much as possible. My energy improved and my body began to absorb the vitamins and minerals that it was low on for years like iron and B12. My aches and pains are fewer, too. Nov 21, 2012 7:44am

sacha39 Hi Ta7shay, I hope you are well. I've been at this for almost a year now, and it is quite discouraging to see people older than I getting results after a few months only! I fastwalk for 9 minutes, at a pace of 3.9, I pull down 50 pounds 5 times, do 8 crunches, four lunges and four pushups. But, with this little exercice routine I sometimes get up in the morning PAIN FREE. So, I WILL continue following in your footseps. Thanks for your generous presence. It means a lot. sacha39 Hi Ta7shae. I've upped my pull downs to 4, my crunches, lunges and push ups to 8. I'm also walking 8 minutes everyday. I know that for most bodybuilders this is a JOKE, but to me it is quite a victory. But I figure that if you can do it, I can to... at my own pace. Thanks for caring. It means a lot! Jun 7, 2012 10:27pm

sacha39 I just wasn't sure I needed them because I'm definitely not working as hard as a healthy person and I'm not burning as much protein, carbs and fat. But if you say it helps I will certainly try. Many thanks. Apr 20, 2012 7:39pm

sacha39 Thanks ta7shae. I did and it does seem interesting. I will go back to it soon and join. By the way, I was wondering if you eat like most bodybuilders do. Six to eight small meals a day to have a constant intake of protein? Apr 19, 2012 9:31am

sacha39 Hi again Tashae, Thanks for answering my post. Just how small does one have to start? I do 3 pull downs (40 pounds), 3 push ups, 3 crunches,3 lunges, and I'm in bed for an entire day after that...HEEELP!!! Apr 14, 2012 10:59am

guest Tashea you're such an inspiration. Just diagnosed with fibromyalgia I was told I would never be able to work again (I'm 57). And here I wanted to look like Ernestine Shepherd!I will try following in your footstepd. Apr 14, 2012 10:52am

guest Hi ta7shae, I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and CFS. I joined this group because I imagine you understand what I am going through. I have started to train and it just kills me. Back to bed for a couple of days or more. I have been told I have to forget I will ever go back to work and be functionnal. How do I do this? Apr 11, 2012 3:22pm

giant_slayer Train hard...you will reach your goals. Remember, the scale is not always an indicator of success. Success can range from loosing inches in target areas to lifting more weight for reps to finishing that 10K race... Oct 13, 2011 11:01am
