Gonna try "bulking" again...... before losing fat.......
Goal (Long):
Become a GREAT Personal Trainer/Better Yoga Instructor, Lose more body fat, gain more muscle and to one day in the near future compete in figure compitition.

I NEED to lose at LEAST 15-20 lbs to be considered for a photo shoot!! I SOOO wanna do it, but want to do it rt, quick and w/ out losing any muscle.......... is that possible??? =S
I can gain muscle more easily........... but for some reason........ Its so HARD for me to lose...
Nice to hear from you! Well, you are saying: Gonna try "bulking" again...... before losing fat......." don't do this, you will gain to much bodyfat. Just eat clean and go low on the carbs for 6 days a week, the 7th is your cheat day, of junk day as we call it in Europe, than you can eat what you want.
