  I NEED to lose at LEAST 15-20 lbs to be considered for a photo shoot!!  I SOOO wanna do it, but want to do it rt, quick and w/ out losing any muscle..........  is that possible???   =S

I can gain muscle more easily...........  but for some reason........  Its so HARD for me to lose...

The rules I adhere by is never gain over 20lbs above your competition weight when bulking, lift heavy with few reps and do a keto diet. Now this is my key to success because I'm extremely tall and I'm a competitive bodybuilder. However, you have to see what works for you. Good luck. :-)
