Fox Chapel Area Shs Attended 2001 to 2005 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania United States
When I Started:
Mar, 2000
How I Started:
I was not born with great genetics and have always had problems gaining weight. Ive always been thin but in shape. I was the kid who could burn you in a sprint and crush the field cross country. I played lacrosse, boxed and wrestled in high school. When I went to college I focused on my striking and jiu jitsu and started fighting MMA as a featherweight. Got hurt last year and had to get surgery on my shoulder. Im now back in the gym trying to get heavier and back in fighting shape. I feel its time to get my power and speed back and get in the cage, hopefully as a welterweight.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing as hard as I can to see how strong and explosive I can be. Not to mention it keeps me sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy for me. I love sparring and getting in the ring and I love watching the weights go up. Knowing Im getting stronger, faster, and better gets me pumped enough. I always push to be better than what I think is my best.

tH1e-swiN1e changed Body Fat from 10% to 8%, a loss of 2 percentage points in 4 days
After losing 20lbs due to an injury requiring surgery I am getting back in the gym and getting myself back to where I was through intense weight trainging, fight training, and a good diet.
Why I like this video: Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Endurance. This guy is upside down hanging on with his fingertips and toes. This is being FIT. Not just strong but all over in shape. Disagree? Try bouldering before you speak.
Dreamcatcher
Played: 39
Why I like this video: Absolutely Ridiculous Physical Feat. Watch at 0:54. Throws out the single handed dyno and never even swings. BEAST.
Ive been lifting super light weights again since Ive been back from a 5 month hiatus due to shoulder surgery. I lifted legs yesterday in the morning and then went lead climbing for a few hours in the afternoon. My shoulder has been feeling tender but not painful. I thought climbing was goning...
yeah the level 4 motivation is a bit pathetic... was feeling bad for myself for a while. Gonna increase it, cuz im seeing nice development in the abs and quads recently, so its not all bad. Thanks for the encouragement x
Its going really well. Like I said I am not a BB but I train pretty much every for baseball. we do plyos, sprint trainng, and also olympic lifts. So some of the stuff on this website really relates to what I am doing. I use it mostly for nutrition
You posted on the 10lbs group about your chest, my suggestion would be to try doing db bench press (if your not already) instead of regular to gain more chest size. Regular stretches out chest muscles. I am not really a BB but I lift for athetics, so i am not the most reliable source when it comes to BBing. Just a suggestion
