Hey Al! How's 2008 been for you? Still doing the walking here ... the full marathons seem to elude me but I'm making the 1/2's pretty well. I'll do better when I lose more weight! :D

Hey almuscle: I just re-read a comment/recommendation you gave me last year--it was right on target. Exactly what the judges told me in their feedback after my last comp 2 weeks ago. Planning to really pound the quads, hams, and pecs. Thanks for the great advise and inspiration. I'm now planning to add 20 lbs of lean muscle by next year. You're an awesome role model!

Thanks for your post, guy. Your physique is incredible. Terrific balance between being ripped and massive. The serratus and sheer magnitude of the chest and quads are awesome--and a sight to behold! Makes me want to go to a comp (never been).
