I've always been interested in playing sport. I love the way in which its up to you how good you want to be, no matter what the sport is, then one day I decided, that being a v.v.v lean 13 year old wasnt for me and decided to pick up a pair of dumbells and improve my physique for the football field and to improve my confidence.
Why I Love It:
I love being stronger and the confidence boost I get from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Finding something new in my training always keeps it exciting, so it never really plateaus if u keep it that way, but people like Schwarzenegger, Coleman and Frank Zane are a great inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 25 lbs in a year!

Before I started lifting, just doing pressups and situps at night, am so glad I'm not that skinny anymore lol!
I want to hit 180 lbs with a body fat percentage of 9-10% in time for spring 09!
Goal (Long):
In the long run, I want to be around 190 lbs with a low body fat percentage of 9%. I want to be able to get to this and maintain it. Which will give me options to work towards upcoming competitions and move up that ladder.
Also changing my body this way can also only help improve my current level of sports.
I used to be a dental assistant and I wanted to give it a try being a doctor. I am working on my associated degree right now :( i need to speed up the process. But I LOVE dentistry! If all else fails, i'll be a dental hygenist.
As for training, I have been training for 2 years. Within the last 6 months, i finally started to train right with a quality diet and workout. Kinda frustrating to find out you have been training the wrong way for so long!
Griff, you are definitely making some great gains and tremendous progress. You've packed on quite a bit of muscle mass. Nice biceps/big arms and chest is thicker and wider. Keep up the hard work. You'll be looking awesome in no time.
