I was active in sports as a child and throughout school. I continued to work out after college, but never took it or my diet very seriously. I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 30!

I am still holding onto the weight I gained during tax season. It's time to lose it!!

Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
I want to lose 8 pounds of fat in 6 weeks. I want my clothes to fit again! This would put me at 18% body fat.
Goal (Long):
I want to get to 15% body fat which would put me at 125 pounds if I retain all of my LBM. I am starting off with a six week work out program and a healthy diet. I will be evaluating my results weekly and make changes to my diet if needed.

I lost 10 pounds my first month of the transformation. You can totally lose your 8 pounds, or even more! Yes, I recommend Gaspari Nutrtion...this was my first time to take any supplements, and they were awesome! Take care.

8 lbs in 6 weeks is totally do-able! Try the eat clean diet and you'd be amazed at what happens
