How I Started:
Felt and looked like crap! It really snuck up on me.That's not true I was very self indulgent and now I'm payingfor it! IE. High fat level, High blood pressure, low enegy level, well you folks get the picture.
Why I Love It:
Increase my energy level. I also miss the feel of the PUMP!
How I Stay Motivated:
Saw a picture of my self...I really don't care for what I see how can anyone else.

I what to be a parent that is a positive role model. While my child has nothing but love for me I know from my own expierence that other kids may see nothing but the model of the Pillsbury Dough Boy.

No excuses. I am back to make my goal what has happened since I last blogged (two years ago) is not as important as that I need and want to be here. I got to start over, I'm not as heavy as before but fat none the less. My right knee is for $%*! but i am determined to work around...
I'm not trying to set any PR's I just want to work the muscle and lose weight. My ab's are terrible so I start with them. I am doing a full body work out every three days.As I am losing a ton of weight my ability to go heavy is in flux with my diet. I recenly added whey and creatine to my diet...
Keep challenging yourself and you will get to where you want to be. Don't put all of your faith in diet pills because the real secret if there really is one is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3 -4 times per week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. Do that and the diet pill mfg'ers will soon be out of business. All the best for ’08..
