yeah kinda, im doing Hell Raiser Training, but i change the workouts from the examples. everytime i find a workout in a magazine i like, i lose the mag. im still looking for a particular ab routine i lost a year ago
no havn't, ive mainly used t-bomb2, whi has worked well for me thus far. hopefully soon ill be getting Animal Stak. i havnt really looked into dhea, but i will now. i do however know which ones dont work >_< money has been wasted.
i solved that problem. i workout in my garagym. lol. i have a decent amount of equipment, everything i need, and some stuff i dont. i do see guys that eat **** everyday and are still bigger than me. we just have to try harder, and know that what we have, we earned. BTW, i started taking a testbooster, it helps. as long as you use a real one.
good plan. i dont like switchong arround plates either, so i find a weight thats kind of hard for all the workouts im going to do that day. good luck with your goals, i hope you get settled soon and have access to the rest of your stuff. i know i went crazy when i moved.
yep. gotta get my diet straitened out again, and figure out where the damn snake in my garage is. i leave for a week and theres something unrecognizable and dead under the leg of my bench, and a giant skin from a snake. other than that my first day back in was a great full body workout. tire flipping, kettle bell swinging, ect.
