michielp Thanks! Luckily I don't really have to move, I just have to be in another town for education for a week every now and then. Those weeks I can't get in the gym, but other weeks I can kick it in there again. My problem is not that big, just trying to avoid having to take a week of every 3 weeks. michielp Thanks for the tips, I'll think about them. For now I'm planning a pushup and one arm row circuit for tomorrow, probably something with legs on friday. That will be more like plyometrics with a little weight. I have DB's with plates, I'm trying to avoid endless changing around with the plates, that makes it a little harder.
