I was in a motorcycle accident and was sent to physical therapy when I was 15. I had torn the ligaments in my right knee and was told that I had to strengthen the muscle's surrounding it or I would have tons of problems later in life. From the first time I started lifting weights, I was hooked. I started buying workout magazines and was inspired by Corey Everson. She had a show on television and I watched and followed her daily.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and look. I was a super skinny kid and was thrilled that I could add mass to my body by lifting weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can't imagine not working out. It's such a major part of my life. I don't go longer than a week without lifting weights....
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment was gaining 15 lbs of muscle
Started to feel bad this morning because I didn't meet my goal that I set a month ago....then I compared my old pictures to the new and feel VERY happy with my results!
Just curious if anyone has used this product. I am very afraid of supplements....but would like to find some that will give me a little energy for better workouts. Don't want to use if it makes you jittery or anxious. Thanks!
