Well, I was 160lbs with a gut. I didnt have much muscle and I always wanted to lift and become healthier. So, I finally got a gym membership and I got hooked. I read everything about weightlifting, nutriton, and health that I could gt my hands on!
Why I Love It:
It teaches me better patience, relieves my stress, and makes me feel awesome. Nothing else like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way my body transforms is great. Its an art and its interesting. Cant imagine ever quiting it.

simply for for maintaining strength and mass...am going for a slight cut as i gain about 12 on a mostly clean bulk...soon, will start cardio 3-4 times per week
The training is coming along. My diet has been really clean and I'm starting to realize how important that is, it's making a big difference. My thanksgiving was great, best bulking day of the year :D. Hows it goin by u bro?
hey bro any advice on shedding that fat on top of abbs and chest fat i have been doing machine cardio and some sprints on tred and it seems im getting real skinny but that stuborn stomach fat and chest just wont go away any advice...?
