I need to loose body fat while gaining and maintaining muscle. Proud member of the DO WORK CREW!
Goal (Long):
I am attempting to slim down to 220 by the end of Oct 2009. That is the short term goal. Long term is to trim to under 200 and maintain it. I'm concerned with being healthy and not with simply looking good. I will admit. I was vain when I began. However, I have changed my initial impression. Health is my priority.

I do have a trainer and I love it! She's tough but that's what I hired her for! We have measurements coming up in about 3 weeks so I'm anxious to see how I've done. I've got a year with her so she should get me into shape! :-)
I divide up my chest into 4 areas, upper lower, inner, and outer. For lower chest I usually do a decline barbell/ dumbbell workout 4 sets of 10. Also do some chest flyes on the pec dec machine. I need to get a fedora like yours playa!!
