I need to loose body fat while gaining and maintaining muscle.
Goal (Long):
I am attempting to slim down to 220 by the end of May 2009. That is the short term goal. Long term is to trim to under 200 and maintain it. I'm concerned with being healthy and not with simply looking good. I will admit. I was vain when I began. However, I have changed my initial impression. Health is my priority.

I want to LOSE 70 lb

I divide up my chest into 4 areas, upper lower, inner, and outer. For lower chest I usually do a decline barbell/ dumbbell workout 4 sets of 10. Also do some chest flyes on the pec dec machine. I need to get a fedora like yours playa!!
