I was inspired by one of my colleagues who totally transformed his body in just few months. I also wanted to prepare myself for UK Taekwondo Championships 2009
Why I Love It:
It gives you constant motivation by the way it transforms your body and hardens character.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train with my neighbour so we tend to have a very positive impact on each others motivation.
I want to add 10 kg of muscle to my frame and shape it up.
Goal (Long):
Joining police force in Feb.2010
Want to gain 10 kg of dry weight and increase the volume of my chest/shoulder/arms. Once I reach desired size I want to shape it up. Reassuming - I wanna grow some muscle without loosing speed and flexibility that I need for my martial arts competitions.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
