I love beeing strong and the look of a muscular body .
How I Stay Motivated:
I work as personal trainer and event host.
Motivate my clients for workout is even my motivation .
At my job as event host i compare strength at the weights and armwrestling against the visitors . Every strong opponent motivates me to workout harder . I want to win every challenge .

My first training results at the age of 14 . My biceps have grown to 10 inch , getting hard and strong .
Stronger than the most boys arms at this age .
Pumped to 16,5 inch and strong enough to accept every challenge to compare strength at my job as event host .
I prepared my step dad´s wife for her first fitness competition .
She works as dancer so her legs was in great shape before we began to prepare her and it was not nescesary to do a special workout for her legs . Just building more separation .
I concentraded her workout on building...
Tag Szayia, Wie geht's? How is training coming along for you and your sister? I've been making some gains in the gym with my lifts (triceps, shoulders and chest). Are you still working with your mom?

Bin letzte Woche Freitag von der Klassenfahrt wiedergekommen, also war das die erste richtige Woche der Aufbauphase!
Diät hab ich auf "low calorie" umgestellt, 2750-3000 pro Tag aber ich hab trozdem schon wieder reichlich zugenommen (aber nicht fett :) )

Thanks, Szayia, maybe you can train me long distance. I'll post the stats as soon as I'm back to 17.5 again. I hope it's soon. By the way, your arm is nice and lean. Mine includes a little fat, I'm afraid.
Thank you. My stats are a little out of date because I had to stop for some surgery in July. But I'm working hard to get my size back up. Bicep is not quite 17.5 now, but I hope that I can push it to at least 18. I would love to have you as a trainer. You are very inspiring.
)) Welcome )) Do you compete in your country? How long are you at this site? In my country this kind sport is not popular. There are only five girls who working out in gyms )) Two girls are at bodybuilding, one is at fitness, me and another girl at bodyfitness. And I’m so glad I have found this site it helps me so much preparing daily workouts and to the contest.
