HOW I STARTED:

I've always been an active person since I was younger. Now I am going to school for exercise science. I don't want to bodybuild just stay in shape and help others reach healthy goals in their lives.

WHY I LOVE IT:

A great work out makes a great day. It relieves stress and makes you feel like you've accomplished something.

Muscle gain

I can finally tell that I have gained a few lbs of muscle.  Over the summer I only weighed about 108, I now weigh 117.  I can see that my arms are a little bigger my butt has lifted, I actually have a butt now.  My legs are a lot bigger and have more definition.  I'm excited to see results after working so hard! Can't wait to see the final results!!

jab50 Found ur page through ur post on Smith Squats. If you can manage to balance the barbell, I'd recommend you try those instead, even if it's less weight. It'll help you build your core more, and it's just an overall better exercise! Mar 31, 2010 1:46am
