I'm a degree student in university Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)...i got loan for my studies from malaysian goverment, and my allowance is RM 390 a month,around 98 USdollars a month...

the only bodybuilding food i can afford is whey and also canned tuna's, food's like chicken breast and steaks...

I try and eat 200g of protein, so for me thats about 1.33g. If your going gor 10%bf then you need to keep the protein high.

yup i was more concerned about size before trying to break 200 pounds now i'm only 180 but with more cuts...main thing in my opinion is diet your cardio sounds fine bruv just make sure its after your workouts not before...Anyways lookin good man

I realise you only need so much supplements cause thats why its called supplements... FAT burners is a waste of money...kalau nak burn fat WATER is the solution. I have NOx Explode is freakkin crazy la that thing, it's worth buying if you need a kick in the gym...i rarely use it cause it's spiked in protein i get trouble sleeping everytime i use it but it gives you a massive boost la, macam minum redbull 3 can.. I use it when i train my MMA kalau letih semacam benda tue bagus la. Dulu i took shiot loads of supplements but i have short listed 2 main supplements for me.

Last time i went back it was already 600 ringgit...you talking bout the smallet tub? yeah man Muscle Tech has increased all their range sebab popular sangat dah. I have acess to alll kinds of supplemenst here la bro i have tried almost everything my favourite protein is MET REX the slow and fast absorbtion protein... But honestly nothing beats eggs!

yes, often once the soreness has gone away, keep the routine for a week or two longer, then start adding new exercises, and subtracting old ones, this way its not a suddden shock, but a gradual consistent change.
