Review: I just finished my first bottle. I took 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Cons: I experienced is a lot of peeing (and I mean A LOT) and i had trouble going to sleep some nights. I take my second dosage no later than 3pm and still had trouble getting to sleep around 12-1am (most nights I get to sleep around 3am and I drink water only). Pros: NO JITTERS.
