I first got interested in bodybuilding from watching the superstars of the WWE. Then I saw a ad for Bowflex and thought it was a cool machine. So I saved up some money got a Bowflex. By this time I was tried of feeling like crap and it was not until I broke my ankle that I realize that I needed to take care of myself better. So I started using the Bowflex and was starting to get real interested in working out and the body building world. I enjoy workout on the Bowflex. and the feeling that I get after a workout. Now with each pay check I would buy a set of dumbbell or a set of weight for my bar. Slow increasing the weight every two weeks. I find it is the easiest way on my limited budget.
Why I Love It:
It make me feel good about myself and my wife loves the way my body looks and feels as it changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading Maximum Fitness and having pictures up of the type of body that I want to get to. Also the way my wife acts after I workout.

Recently my kids have been motivation specially my little girl. She like to workout with her daddy. She will pick up my 3lb dumb bells and do some press with them or get on my stationary bike and ride it. it is cute to watch her.

It really motivates me when my friends and people that I meet on bodybuilding.com comment on my progress and seeing other peoples progress. Thank you to all of you for your positive comments.
BB Accomplishments:
So far my major accomplishment has to be losing 50lbs. I would like to lose some more so I could see my abs a little better. Also gain some more muscle.
I just had a another accomplishment. I complete the first level of the O.G.P.O. course from N.A.I.T. out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I got a mark of 87% on the final exam.

Goal (Long):
My long term goals. Would have to be at this point to build a body that I can be proud of. I would also like to look into becoming a personal trainer or something to to do with physical fitness. To be happy and health for family. Also for 2010 I would like to be the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Of the week some time this year.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I do my workouts in the morning so I can just go down to my basement put on some music.
The con of this is that I have limited space and some exercises I can not do. My legs and back I feel do not get the workout they should get. I do my workouts in the morning so I can just go down to my basement put on some music.
