Had to take a week off. injured my low back. just started again with light weights and work my way up slowly.

Background
I first got interested in bodybuilding from watching the superstars of the WWE. Then I saw a ad for Bowflex and thought it was a cool machine. So I saved up some money got a Bowflex. By this time I was tried of feeling like crap and it was not until I broke my ankle that I realize that I needed to take care of myself better. So I started using the Bowflex and was starting to get real interested in working out and the body building world. I enjoy workout on the Bowflex. and the feeling that I get after a workout. Now with each pay check I would buy a set of dumbbell or a set of weight for my bar. Slow increasing the weight every two weeks. I find it is the easiest way on my limited budget.
It make me feel good about myself and my wife loves the way my body looks and feel at the end of a workout.
