To lose another 3-4 kgs of body fat and add a stack of muscle
Goal (Long):
I started by going to the gym after adding nearly 4 kgs of fat in the space of 3 months. All my clothes were way to tight and could barely fit on me. Saw the local gym doing a promo at the local shopping centre and was given a guest pass. Went along and signed up several days later. Signed up with a personal trainer and have been going since then. Lost 11kgs in the space of 11 months.
Enjoy lifting weights and find it mentally sastisfying. Currently trying to add more bulk muscle, want to have bulging pecs and biceps to make my shirts tighter, and be a lot fitter in the process.

thanks man. Ive been bodybuilding for a little over 2 years. I lifted 1 year, about once or twice a week, at a local hotel fitness club, no freeweights and one universal cable machine. Heaviest pair of dumbbells were 25s LOL. Then I started to bodybuild.
