Background
IDK how I got started. I remember it back in like 92 I entered a high school weight room for the first time. It felt good, but I was clueless. I taught there and would only go on weekends when the kids were gone.
I feel so powerful and confident and strong when I lift. It is like I go somewhere else: slap on the wrist straps, ear buds and go to work. Comment to my husband the other day that the gym is the only place I am ALWAYS happy.

Weekends are my hard workouts.
Saturday I do a lower body circuit with cardio intervals
*15 reps on squats (70), lunges (30), lift (50), adductor machine (85) and leg extension (80)
Sunday-abs with HIIT cardio
*15 reps on cable crunch (130), hanging leg raisers, russian twist (10), 1 minute plank (25)
Monday-upper body circuit with cardio intervals
Tuesday-off
Wednesday-shoulders, back, biceps-30 minutes of 70-85% cardio
Thursday-tris, chest, glutes-30 minutes of 70-85% cardio
Friday-off OR HIIT on stepmill (killer!!)
