I realised I needed to do some exercise to maintain a better balance in my life and to try to gain some mass so I started lifting weights in the gym. Didn't do any cardio work to begin with but now have a more balanced program. Still want to gain mass though!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a release from my work and it is a lifestyle interest I can share with my wife who is a Les Mills Instructor.
How I Stay Motivated:
I need variation in my program, get motivated by seeing results but I gain huge motivation from other profiles on BodySpace. Some of the people on here are simply amazing.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. I want to gain about 10kg of lean mass, get some better definition in my abs, bulk up my legs and gain some thickness in my chest, back and shoulders. I have a swimmers body which is great if you want to be a swimmer but that's not me anymore!

By the end of this year I want to have made an obvious transformation to my body and my lifestyle. I want to be much stronger than I am now, have added obvious muscle and made a dramatic difference to my appearance. I am loving how things are working out at the moment and I want that to continue.
