To be the best that I can possibly be,
and not give a f*ck about what everyone else thinks or
wants me to be. Becoming strong, and only getting stronger,
with the help and support of my friends and family.
Get below 260lbs before December 31st, 2009. Long term is to get below 250 and stay there and maintain as much muscle as possible with a healthy level of body fat. Hope to Compete in 2-3 years.
